22+ years ago I started
my journey in the fitness industry.
At that time it was all about external goals, about beauty and about pushing us to the limit. Through my long path from being a competitive athlete, wanting to become a dancer, having children, becoming a fitness professional, my whole approach to health and fitness changed after I lost my hair after losing both of my parents to cancer. I knew I needed to stop and reflect. I was searching for something which would give me energy back and find connection to myself. The adventure began with exploring body and mind concepts like Qi Gong, Pilates, Yoga and lead me to find my passion in bodyART-training and then The GROOVE Method. I am grateful that my body always shows me what is good for me and what is not. I am learning to embrace the aging process and still be a ‚mover and shaker’. The solution is JOYful exercising, my own signature class, a conscious and kind workout practice for absolutely everybody (every body)
